CubiCost TAS

CubiCost TAS completes quantity takeoff based on the model and allow to deal with variations quickly and efficiently. This quantity takeoff software also enables quantity reports split by floor, room, zone or type exportable straight to Excel.

iTWO costX 2D

CostX® 2D supports to measure quickly and accurately in 2D using iTWO’s industry-leading electronic takeoff system, as well as live-linked workbooks, quotation comparison and professional report production.

PlanSwift

PlanSwift allows simple creation of assemblies of commonly used materials, waste and even labor. Then drag those assemblies onto the takeoff items for instant and accurate estimates of all your costs.

Site 6 Wynyard Central

Site 6 Wynyard Central is the Wynyard Quarter's last remaining waterfront offices in Auckland. The buildings have been configured to maximise their proximity to the harbour and outlook towards the city.

Total area: ~18,500 m2 of office spaces featuring 8 levels of office spaces, interconnecting bridge between 02 buildings, and 6-Star Green Star design and built rating and a leading NABERSNZ rating.

QRC is commissioned to provide Quantity Takeoff and prepare Schedules of Quantities for Landscape + Civil Package of approximate 5,000 m2.

Kamana Residences

Kamana Residences is the ultimate luxury accommodation in Queenstown as briefed to designer.

The projectfeatures 19 luxury managed residences starting from 300sqm, 3 bedroom residences and ranging up to the 10 bedroom, 1,200sqm Presidential Annex. Every residences enjoys astounding views over Lake Wakatipu from every room and the 60sqm of lakeside terraces each residence has.

QRC is commissioned to provide Quantity Takeoff and prepare Schedules of Quantities for Structure (RC + structure steel) and Façade finishing of 9 residence buidlings (2-3floors, total GFA 5600m2).

KiwiRail/Coca-cola Rail Siding Project

KiwiRail/Coca-Cola Rail Siding Project – Construction Services is to procure a contractor to carry out the physical works to extend the current rail siding and platform at Coca-Cola facility in Auckland, located at 19 Carbine Road Mt Wellington.

QRC is commissioned to provide Quantity Takeoff and prepare Schedules of Quantities for Structure (structure steel) and Civil works for the contractor to place a bid.

Te Puea Marae Memorial Trust

Te Puea Memorial Marae is a urban marae, situated near Maangere Bridge on the southern banks of the Taamaki River, which enters the Manukau Harbour, the second largest harbour on the west coast of the North Island of New Zealand. Te Puea Memorial Marae is situated on the northern most boundary of the Waikato Tainui Rohe and has an extensive history of community support.

QRC is commissioned to provide analysis of contract documents, budgets, estimates and subcontractor quotations including:
